She was born April 7. 1935 in Claysburg, daughter of the late Herman “Gillie” and Jean (Musselman) Feather. She married Arthur D. “Pete” Walter on April 23, 1962. He passed away on July 14, 2009.

Surviving are her son Kent wife Mary (Berkhimer) Walter: beloved grandchildren Rachel and Reid: and many special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother Robert “Gillie” Feather.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother who took great pride in every endeavor of her grandchildren. She rarely missed a ball game, concert, of performance of any kind. She had a passion for sports at every level and thoroughly enjoyed talking to others who shared that passion.
