Albert "Albie" Weyandt III

Albert “Albie” Weyandt III, 55, of Altoona, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday May 30, 2018, after a brief illness. He was born September 22, 1962 in Roaring Spring, son of the late Albert Jr. and Helen (Harbaugh) Weyandt.

Surviving his wife Lori (Bowmaster), the following children Jodi Gillmore, Rusty, Brittany, Albert IV “AJ” and Alyssa Weyandt and Jamie and David Detwiler, 12 grandchildren, siblings Lenny, Daniel and Paul Weyandt, Donna Clinich and Alice Brumbaugh and special friends Gordon Hampton and family and Jen Lamb. He was preceded in death by a grandson Trenton, brothers Glenn, Timothy Sr and David and a sister Janet McCready.

Albie was employed as a logger and enjoyed horticulture.

Friends will be received Sunday June 3, 2018 from 2-5 P.M. at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg. Funeral services will be held on Monday June 4, 2018 at 2:30 P.M. at the funeral home with Pastor John Gray officiating.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to the funeral home.
