Douglas L. Knisely, 58, of Claysburg, passed away Friday October 4, 2019 at UPMC-Altoona. He was born March 27, 1961 in Roaring Spring, son of Rose (Knisely) Wilson.

Surviving are his mother and step father Rose and Eddie Wilson, a son Douglas Knisely Jr., a grandson Ransom, 2 brothers, 5 sisters, special friends Chuck Snyder, Chris Plumber and Mary Lippart and caregivers Carl and Edith Dodson.

Douglas was a 1980 graduate of Claysburg-Kimmel High School and retired from Bedford Reinforced Plastics.

At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing or services.
