F. Edward Kerr, 72, of Claysburg, passed away Wednesday May 16, 2018 at UPMC-Altoona. He was born August 10, 1945 in Gallup, NM, son of the late James and Anna (Gillis) Kerr.

Surviving are a son Scott Kerr of Claysburg, a daughter Kirsten Kerr of State College, 8 grandchildren and two sisters Candice Colella of Pittsburgh and Lois Loftus of Tyrone.

He was preceded in death by a daughter Dianna Lynn Walter.

Ed was a 1963 graduate of Taylor Alderdice High School. He retired as a cook from Iron Masters Country Club and was employed in food service for most of his life.

He enjoyed science and golfing.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
