Palmer G. Feathers Jr., 61, of Claysburg, passed away Monday April 8, 2019 at the Altoona Center for Nursing Care. He was born December 25, 1957 in Altoona, son of Palmer G. and Gail (McMullen) Feathers.

Surviving are his parents, siblings Kathleen Black (Jerre R.) John Clemens (Sherry), Rodney Clemens (Kathy) and Matthew Feathers (Saundra) and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Palmer was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, Claysburg. He was a 1975 graduate of Claysburg-Kimmel High School and was self-employed.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to the family.
