Robert Maxwell Myers Jr., 74, of Blue Knob, passed away Saturday May 19, 2018 at home. He was born March 6, 1944 in Baltimore, MD, son of the late Robert M. Sr. and Bernice Evelyn (Merritt) Myers.

Surviving are 4 children Robert M. Myers III, Michelle Mech, William E. Myers and Robert Maxwell Myers IV, 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and siblings Beverly A. Vogt, Kathleen L. Livingston, George Wayne Myers and Russell E. Myers.

Robert served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Era. He retired as a computer programmer for the Department of Defense in 1994.

He was a member of the V.F.W., American Legion and the NRA. He enjoyed Fox news, hunting and fishing.

At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
