Betty Louise Allison

Betty Louise Allison, 90, of Imler, passed away Saturday April 15, 2023 at the Village at Morrisons Cove. She was born October 3, 1932 in Sproul, daughter of the late Chester H. and Carrie M. (VanOrmen) Finnegan. She married Elmer Roy Allison Jr., on February 11, 1954 in Cumberland, MD. He preceded her in death on April 8, 1981.

Surviving are two sons Donald R. Allison and wife Connie and Ronald W. Allison and wife Elaine, six grandchildren Jennifer Cushion and husband Todd, Jasmine Allison, Josh Allison and significant other Mikaela Deneen, Brittany Allison and fiancée Cody Baughman, Lynnette Nathan and husband Dominic and Brad Allison and wife Lily and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law Anna M. and Steve Sirko and a brother and sister-in-law Harry and Jean Finnegan.

Betty was a 1952 graduate of Bedford High School. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.

Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. on Tuesday April 18, 2023 at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday April 19, 2023 at the funeral home with Pastor James Neatrour officiating. Interment at Greenfield Cemetery.
