Darlene A. Harr, 87, of Imler, passed away Thursday July 2, 2020 at home. She was born January, 16. 1933 in Altoona, daughter of the late Millard and Elizabeth (Whysong) Smith. She married Charles “Fred” Harr on April 30, 1952 in Winchester, VA. He preceded her in death on December 7, 2014.
Surviving are 4 sons Dwayne (Karen) and Kevin (Kristy) of Claysburg, Dennis (David Musselman) of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Rodney (Pam) of Imler, 8 grandchildren Vicki, Stephen, Kristen, Kendra, Julie, Ryan, Kayla and Samantha, 11 great grandchildren Ethan, Layla, Dylan, Ember, Ashlynn, Logan, Eli, Piper, Conner, Grayson and Deacon and 3 sisters Nancy (Wayne) Summers, Hazel Snowberger and Joyce (Charlie) Weyant. She was preceded in death by a sister Shirley Claar.
Darlene was a member of the Puzzletown Road Bible Church. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family, with Pastor Jon Gross officiating. Interment at Greenfield Cemetery.
