Debbie J. Yoder

Debbie J. Yoder, 65, of Imler, passed away Thursday May 4, 2023 at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center. She was born December 31, 1957, in Bedford, daughter of the late Paul W. and Norma B. (Finnegan) Berkey.

Surviving is her husband Ernie Yoder, children Stacie Bradford, Bryan Weyandt and Heidi Sweet, grandchildren Tanisha, Alexis, Aaliyah, Shayla, Arianna, Madeline, Morgan, Emma, Owen and Colton, great granddaughter Lily and brother Alan Berkey. She was preceded in death by a sister Denise Berkey.

Debbie was a 1975 graduate of Claysburg-Kimmel High School and was a homemaker and worked on the family farm. She was a member of St. Paul’s U.C.C., Imler and was active with the Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child. She enjoyed 4-H programs and going to the Bedford Fair with her grandkids and attending their sporting events.

Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Wednesday May 10, 2023 at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday May 11, 2023 at St. Paul’s U.C.C., 1338 S. Imler Valley Road, Imler, PA 16655, with Pastor James Neatrour officiating. Interment at St. Mark’s Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the Claysburg Area Public Library.
