Joseph "Pudge" F. Shedlock

Joseph F. “Pudge” Shedlock, 74, of Duncansville, passed away Sunday November 7, 2021 at UPMC-Altoona. He was born April 10, 1947 in Lilly, son of the late Steve G. Jr. and Jean (Pupo) Shedlock. He married Sally P. Walter on September 23, 1995 in Lilly.

Surviving is his wife of Duncansville, his yorkie “daughter” Bella, three brothers Jim and wife Donna of Cresson, Charles of Lilly, Gary and wife Darlene of Salix, two sisters Beverly Mandichak of Cresson and Anna Leahey and husband Jim of Lilly, brother-in-law Forris Oldham and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother Gregory and brother-in-law Donald Mandichak.

Joe was a 1965 graduate of Lilly-Washington High School. He retired from Norfolk Southern in 2000, where he was employed as a car repairman/welder at the Hollidaysburg Shops for 26 years.

He was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Church, Duncansville and a member of the Buccinese Club and Coachmen Owners Association.

Joe enjoyed woodworking, playing guitar, hunting, fishing, winemaking, gardening, riding his motorcycle and traveling in his RV.

Friends will be received from noon until the 1:00 P.M. Mass of Christin Burial on Thursday November 11, 2021 at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 308 Old Route 22, Duncansville, PA 16635. Interment at Alto-Reste Park.
