Judith "Judy" Ritchey Arrrangement

Judith A. Ritchey, 76, a resident of The Village at Morrisons Cove, formerly of Curryville, passed away Sunday February 9, 2020 at the home. She was born July 22, 1943 in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late William and Ethel (Frederick) Ritchey.

 

 

Surviving are a daughter Stacey Dick and companion Matt Johnson of New Enterprise, three grandchildren Kyle Dick (Ashley) of Roaring Spring, Keith Dick (Miranda) of Loysburg and Madison Troy (Cody) of New Enterprise, two great grandchildren Braelynn and Landon and Madison is expecting another great grandchild in April, a sister Peggy Shaffer (Gene)  of Woodbury and her former son-in-law C. Edward Dick of New Enterprise. She was preceded in death by a brother Ronald Ritchey and a sister Sharon Minielli.

 

 

Judy was a member of the Curryville Church of the Brethren and was a 1961 graduate of Central High School. She retired from Cove Shoe in 2006 after more than 30 years of service and previously owned and operated a beauty shop in Woodbury.

 

 

Judy enjoyed cross stitching and going out for breakfast and lunch with family and friends.

 

 

Friends will be received from 4:00 P.M. until the 6:00 P.M. funeral service on Wednesday February 12, 2020 at the Curryville Church of the Brethren, 1535 Curryville Road, Martinsburg, 16662, Pastor David Stiles officiating.

 

 

In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to the family to help with expenses.
