Margaret K. Cone

Margaret K. Cone, 80, of Claysburg, passed away Monday May 3, 20221 at home. She was born December 17, 1940 in Chicago, daughter of the late Edward Cone and Margaret Fragale. She married David W. Frank and he preceded her in death.

Surviving are four daughters Rose Casanova of New Jersey, Erica Putz of Chicago, Ranate Putz of Damascus, MD and Jennifer Thomas of Willowbrook IL, 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and several siblings. She was preceded in death by a daughter Cathy Skoubis.

Margaret was a 1959 graduate of Senn High School, Chicago, a 1977 graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology and received her teaching certificate from Riverside College in 1990. She retired as a teacher in Riverside County CA and was previously a manager for Scabo Food Services.

Margaret enjoyed buying and selling real estate, thrift store shopping, traveling and antiques. She was a coffee connoisseur and constant planner and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Margaret was a unique individual and will be greatly missed.
