Mark A. Yanke

Mark A. Yanke, 62, of Claysburg, passed away Monday December 6, 2021 at UPMC-Altoona. He was born March 12, 1959, in Altoona, son of the late Barbara (Dodson) Blyler.

Surviving is a son, Mark Fink, three sisters Connie Walter and husband Dennis, Bonnie Heldibridle and husband Terry, all of Claysburg, Janis Beaulieu and companion Walt Anderson of Altoona, aunts Ester Chrisawn and Charlotta McCreary, an uncle Joe Yanke and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mark did construction and yard work throughout his life. He was a member of the Beaver Run Rod and Gun Club and enjoyed hunting, riding his motorcycle, shooting pool and tinkering in his shed.

Friends will be received on Monday December 13, 2021 from 4 P.M. until the 7:00 P.M. memorial service at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg with Pastor Ron Bashore officiating.
